Yay! Our February Spice Madam box was from Turkey! We made lamb kebabs with cacik yogurt and pancar ezmesi (beet) dips, with sides of gavurdagi salad and roasted cauliflower. We also made baba ganoush and hummus, which are some of our Turkish favorites that were not part of our box. We are just faced with one problem now – all of the dishes from our box we want to make again but need to find somewhere to purchase sumac, urfa biber pepper, and nigella seeds! Wish Spice Madam had the box spices available for purchase in bulk on their website!
