The Verdict
KC’s Bagels makes some excellent bagels and cream cheeses for reasonable prices (at the time of publishing this article, they charge $9 for a baker’s dozen, $5.75 for a half dozen, $1 per bagel, $4 for cream cheese, and $8 for a ZTW). They are a great treat over grocery store bagels and cream cheese. We typically buy a few dozen at a time and freeze them in groups of 4 in gallon freezer bags. They have all thawed and reheated fine, save the cinnamon sugar ones – which get very sticky and unmanageable – so we just make sure to eat those within the week that we buy them. Go ahead and give them a try, we don’t think you’ll be disappointed.
