We’ve said it before, and we’ll say it again: If you’re already going to be making food for a holiday (in this case, Father’s Day), just make extra! And then you’ve got food for the week without planning or making anything different from what you were already going to make anyway.
We would suggest a nice summer pasta with fresh grilled corn, bacon, and parmesan.
Or some burgers with chips.
