Our order at Hatchet varies but usually always includes an order of their Brussels sprouts (see our copy-cat recipe for those here). They have weekly specials that are impossible to say no to, in addition to an amazing base menu.
The Verdict
If you’re looking for seriously delicious, elevated bar food, Hatchet is your stop. You won’t be disappointed nor left hungry. Portions are decent, though not RIDICULOUS, and prices are very reasonable. Plus, they have a creemee window open in the summer months with such flavors as sweet corn, matcha, and churro (among others, flavors rotate weekly). What more could you ask for?
