January’s Spice Madam box was from Spain! With Cumin, La Vera Pimentón Dulce, and Spanish Saffron, we made Champiñones al Ajillo, Gazpacho, Tortilla Española & Pimentón Allioli, Paella, and Churros con Chocolate. We both really enjoyed the Spanish playlist which lasted almost the entire cooking time (it only took us 3 hours to cook everything!).
