Review
Our last Spice Madam box of the year! Just like last year, it’s an assortment of holiday dishes from around the world. We used mulling spices, holiday spice blend, and Yuletide cheer blend to make German Spiced Apple Cider (not pictured), Polish Pierogi Dumplings, Swedish Meatballs, French Gratin Dauphinois, and Dutch Speculoos Cookies. We’ll be pairing all of that with leftover ham from Christmas for meals this week. We also made the Sichuan Brown Sugar Guo Kui from our last box with the hopes of that being another dessert, but they were so good that we ate them all as soon as we made them! Might be making more of those soon!
