Review
June’s Spice Madam box brought us to Japan (or rather, brought Japan to us!). On the menu was Sunomono Cucumber Salad (not pictured), Nasu Dengaku Eggplant, Chicken & Scallion Yakitori, Steamed Rice, and Cotton Soft Japanese Cheesecake for dessert. Shichimi Togarashi, Furikake Seasoning, and Red Miso spices gave us that Japanese flavor! We were both skeptical when we read the recipes but stood corrected at every bite. An amazing box of recipes that we surely will be making again!
