Review

May’s Spice Madam box was from Iran. The Persian dishes we made were Kukuf Sabzi (Leek and Herb Frittata) with Advieh spice, Shirazi (Cucumber Pomegranate Salad) with Rose Petals, Saffron Cardamom Rice with dried apricots, and Fesenjan (Chicken Stew).
