Due to the lack of sales at Shaw’s this week, we are planning on doing some pantry cooking (using what we already have on hand) to make:
Gochujang ribs (ribs are on sale, we have gochujang sauce in the freezer already proportioned out for a rack of ribs) with potatoes and onions on the grill (we grabbed a 5lb bag of potatoes and a 5lb bag of onions from last week’s sales) and a side salad (salad’s on sale this week)
Some other pantry-based dish, such as a pasta dish (maybe mac n cheese?) or something made with meat from the freezer. Check out what we always keep on hand here.
