Weekly Meal Plan 9/27/20 – 10/3/20

For this week, we still had a few ingredients left over from our Misfits Market box, including 2 zucchini, spaghettis squash, radicchio, 2 heads lettuce, cilantro.

We took a look at the weekly sales at Shaw’s to see if between the leftover Misfits Market box ingredients and the sales, we could come up with some meals, but we didn’t end up grabbing anything from the Shaw’s ad.

So we made:

Spaghetti squash/zoodle pasta with vodka sauce

Southwest Salad with grilled chicken breast (which we had in our freezer), tomatoes, canned corn, canned black beans, tortilla strips, chipotle ranch
