Southwest Salad: With not only the chicken, but also bell peppers, cucumber, onion, salad dressing, and even avocado on sale, this salad is a great, filling, summery dish for this week! You could even make it with shrimp as opposed to chicken

Tuna sandwiches with celery and chips or carrots and hummus: a quick, easy meal that you can choose to go healthy with carrots and hummus or a little more indulgent with some chips.
